It was formed as equity firm to carryout investments in small to medium sized private and public companies that have potentials for strong and consistent revenues to produce future growth in both income and capital with the aim of divesting three to seven years after initial investments. Halkon invests in buy-outs, acquisitions, privatization exercises, recapitalizations, turnarounds expansion and long-term growth transactions and focuses on transactions with values between $5million and $300million.
